Michelle Junot is a writer, graphic designer, and editor with more than a decade of experience.

She is the author of Notes from My Phone* (Mason Jar Press, 2016) as well as and the floor was always lava. Her writing has appeared in Deep South Magazine, Atticus Review, BmoreArt, The Avenue, and Baltimore STYLE. She earned her M.F.A. in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts from University of Baltimore and her B.A. in Communication and Dance from Centenary College of Louisiana.

Michelle grew up in Southern Louisiana and lived in Baltimore for nearly a decade. Pieces of her heart still reside in both. She now lives with her husband just outside of Houston, Texas in The Woodlands.
